Delivery policy

The PRODUCTS are dispatched to the delivery address(es) that the CUSTOMER provided during the ordering process.

Dispatch times & costs

The times needed to prepare an order and issue the invoice, before the PRODUCTS in stock are dispatched, are shown on the SITE. Delivery is FREE everywhere in Europe and your order will be dispatched within 24/48 hours!

Our company's offices are located in the United States and our products are made and dispatched from China.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 7 to 10 days. If for any reason you do not receive your item, rest assured that we will send it a second time at our expense. This almost never happens, though!

During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the possible dispatch times and options for the PRODUCTS purchased.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. These costs are payable by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

DELIVERY arrangements

Parcels will be delivered directly to the customer's letterbox. If you have ever had things stolen from your letterbox, choose a post office collection option rather than your home address. If you are not in, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER so that they can collect their parcel from their post office.

DELIVERY problems

The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date set when choosing the carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.

The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss found on delivery.
