Plug the USB-A connector into a computer or charger and the Lightning connector into an iPhone or iPad with a Lightning port. It does not suit devices with a USB-C port.
Standard charging and syncing
The manufacturer states up to 2.4 A and 480 Mbit/s: enough to charge the device and sync it with a computer. Fast charging an iPhone requires a USB-C Power Delivery adapter, out of reach for a cable with a USB-A connector.
Smooth sheath, moulded connectors
A smooth sheath that coils easily into a bag and moulded connectors in a single tone, white like the cable. The manufacturer states plastic insulation and aluminium foil shielding.
Three lengths for every use
1 m for the desk, 1.5 m for the bedside, 2 m for the sofa or the car: choose the length that avoids pulling on the device's port.

Frequently asked questions
Is this cable compatible with my iPhone?
Yes, if your iPhone has a Lightning port: the USB-A to Lightning Smooth Flexible Standard Charging Cable with Moulded Connectors charges iPhone 5 to iPhone 14, AirPods with a Lightning case and iPads with a Lightning port, plugged into a charger or a standard USB-A port. iPhone 15 and later have a USB-C port: choose a cable to USB-C instead.
Can I fast charge an iPhone with this cable?
No, fast charging an iPhone requires a USB-C Power Delivery adapter of 20 W or more, which a cable with a USB-A connector does not allow. This cable provides standard charging, stated at up to 2.4 A.
Which lengths are available?
Three lengths: 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m. The length is chosen on the product page, before adding to the basket.
Is this cable suitable for an iPhone with a USB-C port?
No, the output connector is a Lightning, found on iPhones up to and including the iPhone 14 and on iPads that have this port. For a model with a USB-C port, you need a USB-C cable.
What is the data transfer speed?
The manufacturer states 480 Mbit/s, the speed of USB 2.0, enough to sync photos and files with a computer. For large volumes, allow more time than with a USB 3 cable.
Can it be plugged into a mains charger?
Yes, into a charger with a USB-A output. With a charger that has a USB-C output, you need an adapter or a USB-C cable.
Can I sync an iPhone with a computer using this cable?
Yes, the USB-A connector plugs into a computer with a USB-A port and transfers photos and files at the stated 480 Mbit/s. Recent MacBook models only have USB-C ports: a USB-A to USB-C adapter is then needed.
Are the sheath and connectors durable?
The sheath is smooth and the connectors are moulded, with a small sleeve on the cable side. Avoid pulling on the cable to unplug it and bending it sharply near the connectors.
How do I care for the cable?
Wipe the sheath with a soft cloth, dry or barely damp, without any abrasive product. Unplug by holding the connector, never the cable, and store it coiled without pulling it tight.
