Connect an iPhone 15 or newer, an iPad or a MacBook to a charger or to another device with a USB-C port, without looking for the right way up: the connectors plug in either way round.
Charging rated up to 45 W, USB 2.0 data
With a USB-C Power Delivery adapter of 20 W or more, an iPhone 15 or newer charges quickly; the manufacturer states up to 5 A, or 45 W. Data runs at USB 2.0 speed, 480 Mbit/s.
PVC sheath and ribbed sleeves at the ends
The ribbed sleeve at the base of each connector supports the sheath and limits twisting at the joint. The manufacturer states a tinned copper core and an aluminium foil shield beneath the PVC sheath.
Three lengths, from one to two metres
One metre for the bag or the car, 1.5 m between the socket and the bed, 2 m to reach the desk from the wall: choose the length that avoids pulling the cable taut while charging.

Frequently asked questions
Is this cable compatible with my iPhone?
Yes, if your iPhone has a USB-C port: the USB-C to USB-C PVC Fast Charging Cable with Ribbed Sleeves charges iPhone 15 and later models, iPads and MacBooks with a USB-C port and AirPods with a USB-C case, when plugged into a charger or computer with a USB-C port. For an iPhone 14 or earlier, with a Lightning port, choose a cable with a Lightning connector.
Does this cable work with an iPhone that has a Lightning port?
No, it has two USB-C connectors and does not plug into a Lightning port. It suits iPhone 15 and later models, iPads and MacBooks with a USB-C port.
Can an iPhone be charged quickly with this cable?
Yes, with a USB-C Power Delivery wall adapter of 20 W or more: an iPhone 15 or newer then charges quickly. With a lower-powered adapter, charging is still possible, at normal speed.
Does the stated 45 W apply to my device?
Not necessarily: the stated 5 A and 45 W assume a charger and a device that both support that power. An iPhone receives the power it accepts, often below that ceiling.
Can this cable transfer data?
Yes, at USB 2.0 speed, a stated 480 Mbit/s. That is enough to back up photos or to sync an iPhone with a USB-C port, or an iPad, with a computer.
Which lengths are available?
Three lengths are available: 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m, to be chosen on the product page. The shortest suits a bag or the car, the longest a desk far from the socket.
What is the sheath made of?
The sheath is PVC, black and smooth, with no textile braid. The manufacturer states a tinned copper core and an aluminium foil shield.
Are the connectors reinforced?
Yes, a ribbed sleeve extends each connector and supports the sheath at the joint. To preserve the connection, unplug by holding the connector and not the cable.
How should I care for this cable?
Wipe the sheath with a slightly damp cloth, then let it dry before plugging it back in. Avoid winding it tightly around the charger, which strains the connectors.
