Clear cover, AirTag visible

The clear cover snaps onto the base and encloses the AirTag, whose face stays visible through it. The case is advertised as dustproof and scratch-proof.

Metal ring for keys, bag and collar

The metal ring links the case to a key ring, a bag zip or a dog or cat collar, keeping the AirTag attached wherever you need it.

Silicone base, claimed waterproof

The black silicone base is easy to hold and absorbs minor knocks. The whole case is claimed to withstand rain, snow and splashes; avoid prolonged immersion.

Fits and removes without tools

The cover comes off by hand to fit the AirTag or change its battery, then goes back on without screws. Once snapped on, it is claimed not to come off by itself.

Frequently asked questions

Is this accessory compatible with my AirTag?

Yes, the Waterproof Silicone AirTag Case Clear Snap-On Cover Metal Ring is designed for the AirTag, which sits in the slot made to its size. The AirTag is not included.

Is the AirTag included with this case?

No, the case is sold on its own. You need your own AirTag to fit in the base.

How do I fit the AirTag and change its battery?

Remove the clear cover, place the AirTag in the base with the logo side facing the cover, then snap the cover on until it closes. To change the battery, take the AirTag out, open its back cover and replace the battery.

Does this case resist water?

Yes, it is claimed to be waterproof against rain, snow and splashes, but no IP rating is given. Avoid prolonged immersion.

Does the case interfere with the AirTag's signal?

No, it is claimed to have no effect on the AirTag's wireless connection or sound. The clear cover leaves the AirTag visible without hiding it.

Can you see the AirTag through the clear cover?

Yes, the face of the AirTag, with its logo, stays visible through the cover. The cover protects that face from scratches and dust.

Where can I attach this case?

The metal ring clips onto a key ring, a bag zip or handle, a suitcase handle, a rucksack or a dog or cat collar.

Is the case suitable for a pet collar?

Yes, the ring lets you attach it to a dog or cat collar. Check that it stays firmly attached and does not bother the animal.

How do I care for this case?

Wipe it with a slightly damp soft cloth, cover included. Avoid solvents and abrasive products, which scratch the clear plastic.
