Four ports on a single cable
A display, a projector, a USB stick and charging all plug into a single USB-C port: the hub combines an HDMI output, a VGA output, a USB-A 3.0 port and a PD charging USB-C port.
HDMI 4K or VGA picture on a big screen
A film or a presentation appears on a large television or projector: the manufacturer states an HDMI output up to 4K and a 1080p VGA output, both limited to 1080p when used together.
PD charging while displaying
The computer stays powered during a projection or a film: the charger plugs into the hub's PD charging USB-C port, which passes the power on. The power depends on the charger used.
Grey casing with built-in USB-C cable
The hub slips into a bag with the MacBook or iPad and plugs in with a single move: the USB-C cable is built into the grey, metal-look casing, with no other adapter to carry.

Frequently asked questions
Is this hub compatible with my MacBook or iPad?
Yes, the USB-C 4-in-1 Hub with 4K HDMI, VGA, PD Charging and USB-A Port plugs into the USB-C port of MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models and of iPads with a USB-C port (recent iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad models). On a base-model MacBook with an M1, M2 or M3 chip, only one external display is shown through the video output.
Can I connect two displays at the same time?
Yes, the hub offers an HDMI output and a VGA output, and the manufacturer states 1080p at most when they are used together. However, a base-model MacBook with an M1, M2 or M3 chip supports only one external display.
What resolution do I get over HDMI?
The manufacturer states up to 4K over the HDMI output; the actual resolution depends on the display, the HDMI cable and the computer. The VGA output is rated at 1080p.
Can I connect a projector or an older display?
Yes, the VGA output is for projectors and displays that have no HDMI input. It does not carry sound.
Can I charge the computer at the same time?
Yes, by plugging the computer's charger into the hub's PD charging USB-C port. The power passed through depends on the charger used.
Can I connect a USB stick or a drive?
Yes, the USB-A 3.0 port takes a USB stick or an external drive, with a rated speed of up to 5 Gbit/s.
Does this hub read memory cards?
No, it has no SD or microSD card reader. A USB card reader plugs into its USB-A port.
Does this hub work with an iPad?
Yes, with an iPad that has a USB-C port: USB stick, charging and display connect as on a MacBook. Output to a display depends on the iPad model.
Does the hub get warm in use?
Yes, it may get warm during charging or prolonged display, which is common with this type of casing. Strong, continuous heat means you should unplug the hub.
