What is the difference between a hydrogel film and tempered glass?
A hydrogel film is flexible and very thin: it moulds to the screen and mainly protects against scratches. Tempered glass is rigid and thicker, and absorbs impacts better.
How many films are in the pack?
The pack contains four films cut for the chosen model, enough to try fitting again if dust gets in or to replace a damaged film.
How do I apply the film without bubbles, and is a frame needed?
Clean the screen, remove the positioning label, align the film, then smooth it towards the edges to push out the air before removing the protective layer. No installation frame is mentioned: alignment is done by hand.
Does this matte film reduce fingerprints?
Yes, the matte finish is claimed to be anti-fingerprint: marks are less visible and wipe off with a soft cloth.
What happens to touch and Face ID with this film?
