No, not all three: this MagSafe puck charges the iPhone (MagSafe, or Qi wireless charging from iPhone 8) or a wireless-charging AirPods case, one device at a time. It does not charge the Apple Watch. USB-C cable supplied or not depending on the version chosen; power adapter not included.

Do I need to take my iPhone out of its case to charge?

No, charging passes through a thin case, up to 7 mm according to the seller, except cases with a metal plate or magnets. A MagSafe-compatible case keeps the magnetic alignment.

What is the difference between the versions with and without cable?

The version with cable includes a USB-C to USB-A cable; the version without cable includes only the puck, to plug into a USB-C cable you already own. The power adapter is included with neither.

Can I charge my iPhone and AirPods at the same time?
